You may already have your land, or would like our help in locating the perfect piece of property. Either way, there are many things to consider with regard to building on your own property, such as surveys, building setbacks, utilities, soil testing, homeowner association rules and guildelines, access issues, etc. We will conduct a thorough lot review to access site costs and possible location adjustments, at no cost to you.

Adapting a home design for your own property may involve very little modification. It could, however, required significant changes in materials, elevation or structural design.
